About Us

Over the last 10 years, home care has become the preferred way of receiving care & assistance.  With over 5 years of experience in providing home care and assistance, Senior Care has built the reputation of being the most professional home care agency in Utah and Idaho. With our services, your loved one can receive “one on one” care in the home vs. an assisted living where its usually one employee taking care of 20 residents.  And the biggest benefit of our home care services is just that, your loved one can stay in the comfort of their own home.

homecareSince day one, Senior Care’s focus has always been on three things:

  1. Excellence
  2. Compassion
  3. Reliability

We continually strive to go above and beyond to meet the individual needs of our clients.

Typical services requested by families are things such as:

  • Personal Cares (bathing, toileting, dressing, etc…)
  • Homemaking & housekeeping
  • Medication reminders
  • Meal preparation
  • Companionship
  • Transportation & Errands
  • and more…

Essentially, anything that will help seniors to have a safe, happy and healthy lifestyle while continuing to live at home.

We are locally owned, operated, licensed, and insured in Utah and Idaho.   We pride ourselves on the good morals and ethics that started Senior Care.  Our mission is to provide families with peace of mind by knowing their loved ones are receiving the best care possible from the comfort of their own home.

This level of professionalism stems from our hiring of only the best Caregivers in the home care industry.  Each one of our Caregivers have gone through:

  1. A six step interviewing process including professional reference checks
  2. Successfully passed Department of Health background checks & and FBI fingerprinting
  3. Completed Senior Care’s orientation training’s
  4. Successfully passed 10 hours of home care training’s & screenings
  5. have obtained their CPR and First Aid certifications
  6.  Have been tested for Tuberculosis (TB)
  7. and more, before they are ever assigned to the home.

Consistency and strong relationships between Seniors and their Caregivers is important; as such your loved one will be assigned the same great Caregiver every time.  However, should your assigned Caregiver ever get sick or take a few days off of work, Senior Care takes care of the scheduling for a backup Caregiver. You can rest easy knowing there will always be an amazing Caregiver in the home to help.

All of our Caregivers are employees, not contractors.  There are some home care companies who dishonestly classify their Caregivers as contractors to avoid insurance costs and tax liability; this in turn creates an increased liability for seniors and their families.  Make certain you are partnering with a company, such as Senior Care, that is compliant with all state, federal and Department of Health regulations.

Senior Care is licensed with the state. We are also certified to provide at home care assistance services by the Department of Health.  We take care of all the general liability insurance, workers compensation insurance, licensing, bonding, certifications, payroll, taxes, and caregiver requirements so you don’t have to.  We abide by all state and federal labor law requirements.

You can rest assured knowing your loved one is receiving the best home care possible from our Caregivers at Senior Care.  Contact us today to see why Senior Care is the right choice! Call: 801-467-2880 or toll free 888-571-6771
